Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
If your order has not yet been shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

We do not charge any restocking fees.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within several business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card provider — processing times may vary.

  3. Contact your bank, as refunds can take time to officially post.
